Blacklight Disco Ecstatic Dance + Paint Night is a soul-liberating, joy-filled experience where community, embodiment, and play come together in one vibrant evening.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin in sacred circle—connecting through light introductions and intention-setting, then gently awaken the body through guided breathwork and playful movement. With fun, accessible disco-inspired moves, we’ll build awareness and comfort in our bodies before diving into a full-on ecstatic dance journey set to a bumping mix of both nostalgic and modern disco beats.
As the music winds down, you’ll be guided through a brief grounding meditation, inviting you to shift from movement into creation. Then, using neon paint markers and river rocks, you’ll tap into your intuition and creativity to design your own glowing, one-of-a-kind painted rock—an energetic keepsake of your experience.
To close, we’ll raise a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling cider in celebration and gather in community to share our creations and reflections.

You’ll be gently guided through a process of self-expression and self-discovery using colour and chakra wisdom. Together in sacred, playful space, we’ll tap into the joy of creation, emotional release, and intuitive insight.
